Vehicle Exchange Manager
$120k plus a year earning potential! Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Vehicle Exchange Manager. The Vehicle Exchange Manager will utilize superb communication skills and professionalism to help the sales department develop leads for potential new sales customers. Will do follow-up calls and receive inbound calls for dealership clients.
Job Responsibilities
Greet service Customers
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Appraise vehicles
spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
sale of new & pre-owned vehicles
Acquire vehicles
Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
Attends weekly department meetings
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable), Sales License where required.
