Job Responsibilities

Understand and implement dealership sales process

Internet New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Experienced Service Advisor – Fred Haas Toyota World
Fred Haas Toyota World is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by effectively communicating their vehicle needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Job Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs.
Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
Prepare detailed repair orders, clearly documenting customer concerns and technician findings.
Communicate repair progress and estimated completion times, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Provide accurate cost estimates and explain repair options to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota service procedures, warranties, and recalls.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
Build strong relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Automotive dealership service advisor experience is required.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and service sales.
Experience working with Toyota vehicles is a plus.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service department.
Proficiency with DMS and service scheduling software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Xtime, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive or business training is a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of service advisor experience in a dealership setting.

Courtesy Shuttle Driver
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a friendly & well organized Courtesy Shuttle Driver. The Shuttle driver will drive service customers to their desired location within a 15 mile radius of the dealership. The Shuttle driver also retrieves customers to bring them to the dealership. Greets clients/ Escorts client to the shuttle Sienna van.
Delivers and retrieve customers on a first come, first serve basis.
