Summary
Fred Haas Nissan is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Call Center Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting dealership sales efforts through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicle sales
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Sales Department
Conduct outbound calls, text messages, and email communications with prospective and existing customers
Follow established scripts and communication guidelines for inbound and outbound interactions
Confirm scheduled customer appointments
Follow up with customers who miss scheduled appointments
Maintain daily call volume and appointment-setting goals
Accurately document customer interactions and appointment activity
Provide a professional and positive customer experience with every interaction
Attend department meetings and ongoing training sessions as required
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
One to two years of customer service, call center, sales support, or related experience preferred
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered
