Customer service - Phone Specialist

 Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced BDC Representative.  The customer specialist will utilize superb communication skills and professionalism to perform follow-up calls and receive phone calls for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receives inbound client calls inquring about our vehicles
  • Facilitates specific appointments to test drive vehicles
  • Monitoring & contacting internet leads 
  • Performs outbound follow up campaign calls
  • Follows detailed scripts for inbound/outbound calling
  • Confirms all scheduled appointments Follows up on 100% of “no show” & unsold client appointments
  • Following & maintaining relationship with former customers 
  • Setting, confirming, & following up on all appointments

Requirements

- Proven track record w/customer service on phone or Call Center

- Excellent customer service & communication skills

- Strong multi-tasking & organization skills

- Basic computer proficiency 

- Professional appearance & demeanor 

- Strong English Skills 

GREAT HOURLY PAY PLUS BONUSES! 

- 5 Days work week

- 40 hrs - Full time

Must have Valid Driver's License

Must pass drug test
