IT Administrator

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced IT Administrator that will support all dealership computer, phone and security systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Installs software programs, hardware programs, PC equipment and office equipment
  • Manages and maintains mainframe, networks and servers
  • Troubleshoots or repairs problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
  • Updates Internet site, ADP system, phone system, and other applications
  • Runs back-up files for ADP and back-up tapes for security
  • Sets up new users on phones, voicemail, ADP, cellular phones, pagers, and software systems and train new users on communication equipment
  • Generates phone or communication reports weekly
  • Logs daily accomplishments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable); Microsoft Certification for System Engineers (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer(MCT).
