Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative phone specialist needed for Nissan store 

Job Description

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify vehicle needs
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Answer all inbound phone calls
  • Set appointments for clients to test drive vehicles
  • Contact customers to confirm appointments
  • Provide information on vehicle incentives
  • Must make outbound follow up calls
  • Follow up on email leads 
  • Use a software to keep track fo all customers 


Job Requirements

  • Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills
  • Prior customer service, Call Center, or BDC Experience PREFERRED
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Bi-lingual is always a plus!
  • Team Player
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (Drug & Background)

*Hourly pay based on experience PLUS Bonuses*
- 5 Day work week , OFF ONE DAY DURING WEEK AND OFF SUNDAYS

- HOURS VARY FROM 9AM-8PM

- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY

- 40 HRS - Full Time
