Fred Haas Toyota Country is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our warranty, receivables, and related schedules.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for, including but not limited to:
Posting all warranty payments accurately and timely
Updating and maintaining A/R schedules
Reconciling all rebates (factory, finance, and other program rebates)
Handling all bank return items (NSF, returns, chargebacks, etc.)
Reconciling Inventory We Owes and ensuring items are completed and cleared
Reconciling warranty statements each month
Reconciling the Parts statement at month-end
Reconciling monthly A/R statements from lenders, warranty companies, and vendors
Reconciling all dealer reserves
Posting holdback statements and reconciling to the general ledger
Qualifications
Previous automotive dealership accounting / A/R experience preferred
Familiarity with warranty, CIT, service contract, rebate, and reserve processes
Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
Strong Excel and general computer skills preferred
High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills when working with internal departments and outside vendors/lenders
