What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles
Build rapport and follow up with clients before, during, and after the sale
Guide customers through the sales process in a professional, transparent manner
Maintain knowledge of Toyota products, pricing, promotions, and inventory
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Collaborate with managers and finance to ensure a smooth buying experience
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales or customer service (automotive sales preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
