We are seeking a results-driven Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales process from client prospecting to vehicle delivery.

  • Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicle inventory to prospective customers.

  • Review and manage daily inventory reports to ensure accuracy and availability.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market share.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on monthly planning and goal setting.

  • Maintain performance standards in Customer Service Index (CSI), gross profit, and units sold.

  • Stay informed on inventory, product certifications, and market trends.

  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency in using dealership tools and CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Prior sales training or automotive product knowledge is a plus.
