The Service Greeter will hospitably greet all clients with a smile when visiting the Service Drive and strive to make their experience a positive one! Your smile & helpful attitude will be the first impression the customer has of our Service Department. The positive impression you leave on them will be lasting. Energetic and positive attitude are a must! You will also assist in other duties upon request or as assigned.

We are in need of TWO new Service Greeters to our join Service Team! As our full time Service Greeter you will be asked to work Monday through Saturday, with a weekday off.

*Located in North-West Houston. Five minutes North of Beltway 8 and Willowbrook Mall. Five minutes south of Hwy 99 at Spring-Cypress and 249.Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
  • Directs clients to lounge, and refers clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates
  • Diffuses client concerns and directs to the appropriate member for assistance
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Understands and follows the customer care process

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
