Intermediate Sales Consultant

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Intermediate Car Sales Consultant.  The entry-level Sales Consultant will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service. An Intermediate Sales Consultant is responsible for working with and supporting an assigned list of customers and supporting sales personnel to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with vehicle selection and process sales documentation
  • Sales process includes showing the client Bluetooth, Vehicle options and operation
  • Has proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
  • Attends weekly department meetings
  • Provide administrative assistance and support
  • Assist sales person in preparing customer quotes
  • Assist customers with information requests such as vehicle selection, appointments, general information and 1st level support needs
  • Communicate with customers and inside sales personnel to receive and enter information in company business system
  • Respond effectively to customer phone calls and emails with a high sense of urgency to the satisfaction of both the customer and the Company

Education and/or Experience
-
Car sales experience NOT required
- Prior retail sales experience is a GREAT positive 
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunities
