Trade Up Specialist – Jeff Haas Mazda

Jeff Haas Mazda is growing and looking for outgoing individuals to join our team!   We are looking for a Trade Up Specialist to support this growth.

Due to high demand for pre-owned vehicles we need to increase our inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles.  Our Trade Up Program can help customers replace their current Car, Truck, SUV or Van with a new vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate correspondence and conversations with past sales customers and current servicing customers to notify them of their current equity situation
• Schedule in-dealership appointments and track activity using our CRM
• Estimate values and monthly payment options for customers
• Manage process for outbound emails and phone calls prior to and post customer service visits
• Manage the marketing process for customers in equity position
• Approaches, greets and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the Service Department.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals
• Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department
• Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively
• Coordinates with the sales manager to set and sales quotas. Meets the profit margin goals for vehicle sales
• Utilizes a consistent quotation process for purchases, trade-ins, and vehicle sales
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business

Qualifications:

• At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Car sales experience
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must have strong computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
