We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional for our fleet sales department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fleet vehicles and an understanding of commercial needs. Previous experience working with fleet leases / commercial sales required. We're seeking a professional with a proven track record of success within a sales environment. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate/business clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and preferences.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional fleet services.
  • Offer expert advice on vehicle selection, fuel efficiency, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processes in coordination with the finance
    department.
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM)  software

Qualifications

  • Experience in fleet management, automotive leasing, or account management preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
