The best fit for this position is a candidate who has excellent customer service skills, good communication and basic understanding of vehicle types. Most importantly, someone that has a strength multi-tasking with strong organizational skills!

***Reynolds & Reynolds software experience a plus!

• Greet customers as they arrive on counter.
• Help customer with inquiries about the availability and rental cost of vehicles
• Make reservations and explain the terms of rental agreements
• Help customers over the counter in Rental Process
• Check mileage and inspect for damage when vehicles are returned.
• Handle customers questions or complaints and work to resolve overdue car rentals
• In time of need, RSA may be required to prepare vehicles for the customers while maintaining Avis Budget quality and customer service standards.
• Perform pickup and drop off service for customers.
• Perform other work related tasks required by management.

SKILLS

• 1-2 years’ experience in Car Rental or Car Leasing industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales/Customer Service experience of other industry is also welcome.
• Ability to use effective sales techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude through effective communication skills to promote a positive impression to customers.
• Ability to recognize the opportunity to present upgrades to customers.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to recognize the opportunity to present Counter Products to customers

A VALID DRIVING LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST.

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Saturday with a day off durring the week. 

Experience:

• 1 year (Preferred)
• Reynolds & Reynolds software experience a plus!

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
