Shop Foreman
Busy service department looking for a highly-motivated individual with a proven track record of leadership. Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Shop Foreman. The Shop Foreman is responsible for (1) ensuring the proper repair and servicing of all the vehicles taken in by the Service Department, and (2) maintaining Technician productivity at levels determined by service management. This task is accomplished by providing direct on-the-job assistance to Technicians, coordinating and conducting training, inspecting jobs for proper completion and creating an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership and effective administration.
